Artificial Intelligence (AI): On Delivering Real-World Business Value

AI plays an important role in modern organization strategy. However, AI adoption, along with the business value that its intended to create, continues to lag expectations. In this talk, Dr. Velkoski will share a case study that demonstrates how the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) narrowed barriers to AI adoption and delivered real-world business value through AI. More specifically, Aleksandar will highlight how NAR initiated cross-functional collaboration, transformed business opportunities into AI solutions and implemented AI solutions within the business to positively influence decision-making and, ultimately, enhance outcomes for the organization and its members.
